Passionate about community empowerment, she actively contributed to Stellar Marianas, a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting young women in the Marianas. Her leadership as Chair of the Media Relations Committee for the 70th Anniversary of the Battles of Saipan/Tinian in 2014 demonstrates her ability to lead successful campaigns and foster meaningful connections within the community.
Recognized for her commitment to environmental causes, she was honored with the Pew/Ocean Legacy Engaged Citizen Award in 2008 for her advocacy in designating a significant area of submerged lands and water in the Marianas as a national marine monument.
With a solid academic background, including a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies and advanced studies towards a Master's degree in the same field, she brings a wealth of cultural knowledge and global perspectives to her professional endeavors.
