Lexi Zotomayor is a longtime print journalist and communications specialist, web and graphics designer, and healthcare practitioner from the Philippines.

During an enriching 11-year tenure in the Marianas Islands, this accomplished individual flourished in various roles, including print journalism, public relations, magazine management, and advertising agency production coordination.

Passionate about community empowerment, she actively contributed to Stellar Marianas, a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting young women in the Marianas. Her leadership as Chair of the Media Relations Committee for the 70th Anniversary of the Battles of Saipan/Tinian in 2014 demonstrates her ability to lead successful campaigns and foster meaningful connections within the community.

Recognized for her commitment to environmental causes, she was honored with the Pew/Ocean Legacy Engaged Citizen Award in 2008 for her advocacy in designating a significant area of submerged lands and water in the Marianas as a national marine monument.

With a solid academic background, including a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies and advanced studies towards a Master's degree in the same field, she brings a wealth of cultural knowledge and global perspectives to her professional endeavors. Notably, her academic achievements were acknowledged by a scholarship grant from the Jose Rizal-Sun Yat Sen Society in 1994, underscoring her dedication to academic excellence and cross-cultural understanding.
